Masood Mesbah serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Vanir Construction Management. In this role, Mr. Mesbah is responsible for providing senior-level management and leadership to facilitate the profitable, efficient and contractually compliant operations of the company. He is also responsible for assessing area financial metrics, ensuring satisfactory financial performance and streamlining processes for maximum efficiency by implementing best practices that establish operational and procedural standards companywide.
With nearly 40 years of extensive construction and engineering experience, Mr. Mesbah has a proven track record of transforming and growing programs and achieving client and company goals in highly challenging and complex environments. He joined Vanir in November 2018 as Vice President/Director of Operations before swiftly moving up the ranks to Vice President/Sacramento Area Manager in February 2019.
Mr. Mesbah holds a Doctoral Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis and Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Sacramento.
Mr. Mesbah is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California. He is also a proud member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the Construction Management Association of America and the Lean Construction Institute.
