Daniel Ferst has more than 20 years of experience in project management and general contracting work, with specific focus on cost controls/estimating, design and construction coordination, quality controls and scheduling. Daniel’s experience includes working with large general contractors on projects around the San Francisco Bay Area. He worked on commercial, semi-conductor, bio-pharmaceutical, high-density residential, and healthcare. Daniel has worked on commercial campus projects from the ground up through all the tenant improvement stages. Daniel’s expertise is managing the design and construction of K-12 school improvement projects. Projects include construction of building envelope upgrades, seismic retrofits, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and fire alarm installations, as well as interior and exterior re-finishes. Throughout his career, Daniel has developed excellent relationships with local governing agencies including the Department of the State Architect (DSA). He consistently uses his direct design and construction background to protect the interests of clients while ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects that are on time and within approved budgets.
