To ensure clarity and consistency in our hiring process, all temporary staffing agencies and external recruiting firms must review this policy before contacting Vanir regarding potential candidates, referrals, or recruiting services. At Vanir, we primarily manage our own recruitment efforts through our in-house Talent Acquisition team. We rarely engage outside staffing or search firms for hiring needs.

Unsolicited Resumes

Vanir does not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters or agencies without a current, signed agreement in place. Resumes submitted through our careers site or sent directly to any Vanir employee without prior authorization will be considered the property of Vanir, and no fees will be paid for those submissions. Our employees and managers are not authorized to make commitments to staffing or recruiting firms. Only a fully executed written agreement, signed and dated by an authorized representative of Vanir before any candidate submission, will serve as the basis for fee eligibility. All agency communication and activity must be coordinated through Vanir’s Talent Acquisition team.
