Project overview
As the integrated program manager for Valleywise Health’s $935 million bond program, our team was instrumental in the successful delivery of the Valleywise Behavioral Health Center. This project involved converting an existing hospital structure into a behavioral health hospital. The five-story facility includes:
- Emergency department with 30 exam/treatment stations
- Behavioral health services with 192 beds, located on four upper floors
- Laboratory, pharmacy and imaging departments
- New secure public entrance
- Behavioral health courtroom
- Major upgrades to the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems throughout the facility
- New central plant
