Project overview

The 127,000-square-foot Valleywise Comprehensive Health Center in Peoria was built as part of a seven-year bond to improve and expand Valleywise Health Facilities. As the integrated program manager for the bond program, Vanir was instrumental in the successful delivery of this new outpatient facility. The three-story facility was built on a vacant site in an area identified as a medical desert. It provides the underserved community with a full spectrum of healthcare, including:
