Union Sanitary District Enhanced Treatment and Site Upgrade Program

Project overview

Vanir is providing program master scheduling and cost estimating services for Union Sanitary District’s Enhanced Treatment and Site Upgrade (ETSU) Program. The goal of the ETSU Program is to provide Union Sanitary District with a technically and fiscally sound, practical plan for the District’s wastewater treatment plant for the next 20 to 40 years.

A critical part of this program is the construction of a 65,000-square-foot campus building. Vanir’s involvement specific to the campus building includes project and construction management services. The campus building will include:

  • Administrative offices and a District board chamber
