Project overview
Vanir provided construction management services for the new 350-seat performing arts building at Rio Americano High School. The facility includes:
- A state-of-the-art control/sound room
- Two NexGen music classrooms
- Four practice rooms
- A ticket booth on the exterior
- Men’s/women’s restrooms accessible from the lobby
- Second floor accessible via an ADA elevator
This much-needed Center for the Arts serves the internationally-known Rio Americano band program.
