Project overview
Vanir provided construction management services for the new 350-seat Performing Arts Building at Rio Americano High School. The facility includes a state-of-the-art control/sound room, two NexGen music classrooms and four practice rooms. There is a ticket booth on the exterior, men’s/women’s restrooms accessible from the lobby and the second floor is accessible via an ADA elevator.
Vanir is proud to have played a role in this very important addition for the District and the community. This much-needed Center for the Arts serves the internationally-known Rio Americano band program.
