Natomas Unified School District – Paso Verde School

Project overview

Natomas Unified School District’s new Paso Verde School is an innovative TK-8 school built to support the District’s robust STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) program. Vanir provided construction management services for the new campus, which accommodates approximately 1,000 students and includes four classroom buildings, an administration building and a multipurpose gymnasium. Each of the four classroom wings has NexGen collaboration spaces and outdoor learning environments.

Vanir assisted the District with selecting the lease-leaseback entity and worked closely with the architectural team and contractor to determine the GMP.
