Project overview
Vanir provided construction management services for Natomas Unified School District’s new Paso Verde School, an innovative TK-8 school built to support the District’s robust STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) program. The campus accommodates approximately 1,000 students and includes four classroom buildings, an administration building and a multipurpose gymnasium. Each of the four classroom wings has NexGen collaboration spaces and outdoor learning environments.
Vanir assisted the District with selecting the lease-leaseback entity and worked closely with the architectural team and contractor to determine the GMP.
