Vanir was approached in 2016 by Natomas Unified School District to serve as project and construction manager for nine projects. The work ranges from campus upgrades and improved classrooms to a new charter academy, a new K-8 school, three K-8 conversions and a culinary facility. Funding for these projects has been allocated by Bond Measures D, J, L and Prop 51.
Our team is providing full-service professional and technical construction management. Key projects include:
- Westlake Charter School, 62,000-square-foot new charter academy
- Paso Verde K-8 School, 87,082-square-foot new school
- Three K-8 conversions: projects include addition of new gyms and two of the three sites include a new classroom building
- Discovery High School, new culinary facility
Helping Natomas build for the future
This opportunity was provided to Vanir based on our team’s local K-12 reputation. We look forward to working with the District to deliver the best projects possible over the upcoming years.
