Natomas Unified School District

Project overview

Vanir was approached in 2016 by Natomas Unified School District to serve as project and construction manager for nine projects. The work ranges from campus upgrades and improved classrooms to a new charter academy, a new K-8 school, three K-8 conversions and a culinary facility. Funding for these projects has been allocated by Bond Measures D, J, L and Prop 51.

Our team is providing full-service professional and technical construction management. Key projects include:

  • Westlake Charter School, 62,000-square-foot new charter academy
  • Paso Verde K-8 School, 87,082-square-foot new school
  • Three K-8 conversions: projects include addition of new gyms and two of the three sites include a new classroom building
  • Discovery High School, new culinary facility

Helping Natomas build for the future

This opportunity was provided to Vanir based on our team’s local K-12 reputation. We look forward to working with the District to deliver the best projects possible over the upcoming years.
