Project overview
As the program and construction manager for the Menifee Justice Center, Vanir is working with the project team to deliver a new three-story, 85,010-square-foot courthouse for the residents of Riverside County.
The Menifee Justice Center will replace an existing five-courtroom building with a nine-courtroom courthouse for family, traffic and civil cases. The facility will include family law mediation, self-help and jury services, as well as minimum in-custody detention. It is being built as part of the 3.9-acre City of Menifee Town Center development.
