Menifee Justice Center

Project overview

As the program and construction manager for the Menifee Justice Center, Vanir worked with the project team during the design and construction phases to deliver a new three-story, 85,010-square-foot courthouse for the residents of Riverside County.

Constructed on a site of about 3.87 acres, the Menifee Justice Center replaces an existing five-courtroom building with a nine-courtroom courthouse for family, traffic and civil cases. The new facility includes additional space for services that were previously constrained by space limitations, such as jury assembly and deliberation rooms, an enhanced self-help center, children’s waiting areas and attorney interview/witness waiting rooms.

Achieving LEED Silver certification, the building also adheres to sustainability standards with features that promote energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.
