Project overview
Vanir has successfully provided project and construction management and technical services (including constructability reviews, value engineering, cost estimating, project controls and document control) to Los Angeles Community College District since 1992.
Currently, Vanir is providing district-wide professional services in a staff augmentation capacity. Our team is serving at the program management office and various campuses for the $7 billion bond program.
Serving the District for 25+ Years
Vanir’s projects have included:
- Harbor College Student Union Building: $36.5 million, 58,000 square feet, completed in 2019
- East Los Angeles College New Science and Mathematics Building: $62 million, 120,000 square feet, completed in 2016
- West Los Angeles College Child Development Center: $4 million, 36,000 square feet, completed in 2003
- West Los Angeles College Fine Arts Complex: $8.1 million, 38,000 square feet, completed in 2000
- Mission College Library-Learning Resource Center: $7.8 million, 53,000 square feet, completed in 1997
- Southwest College Relocatable Facilities: $4.5 million, completed in 1993
