Project overview
Vanir provided construction management services for the Lincoln Operations Center, a new 35,900 square-foot and two-level tilt-up (precast) concrete facility. Situated on a 3.3-acre site, it includes three major components:
- A control center
- A data center
- Business continuity areas
The facility’s function is considered “mission critical” in nature and has the structure, equipment anchorage and seismic bracing designed to meet California Essential Services, Category IV building requirements. The facility is supported by backup standby generation power.
