Project overview
Vanir delivered project management services for the design and construction of the new Great Work Montessori School. Work on the project included managing the City of Lakewood’s processes, development and entitlement. Vanir managed the surveyor’s efforts to replat multiple properties into one, and also worked with adjacent property owners to allay concerns and coordinate nearby work.
Vanir’s services included:
- Working with the Army Corps of Engineers to establish parameters for permitting, as a section of the property encompassed an identified flood plain
- Coordinating with the CM/GC and design team to manage the total project costs
- Managing the tracking and scheduling for all corrective and warranty work during the project, as well as the moving services for new school mobilization and set-up

Throughout the design and construction, Vanir honored Montessori’s programmatic model and protected the interests of the owner. By maintaining the trust of the owner, Vanir was able to complete several other spin-off projects for Great Work Education Holdings, Inc.
