Great Work Montessori Modular Classrooms

Project Overview

Vanir provided project management services for the design, procurement and construction of four new modular classrooms for Great Work Education Holdings, totaling 4,000 square feet. The project included a new 400-square-foot restroom facility and a free-standing 2,400-square-foot canopy structure.

The following services were provided by Vanir’s project management team:

  • Management of Phase I environmental site assessment, soils investigation and ALTA survey
  • Replatting multiple properties into a singular property
  • Contracting and providing oversight of asbestos abatement and demolition of existing buildings

The modular classroom site serves as an extension to the now completed Great Work Montessori School, which is located across the street. The Montessori School (which Vanir also provided project management services for), plans to use the modular classroom space for future curriculum needs.

Successful fast-track construction

The modular classroom project was completed in just five months from project inception to occupancy.
