Program overview

Vanir is serving as the program manager for Fremont Unified School District’s Measure E projects, which consist of new construction, expansion, renovation and modernization work. The projects at the District’s 42 campuses include:

Adding classroom space to help with overcrowding; updating classrooms with math, science and computer labs; upgrading technology infrastructure; and converting junior high school campuses to middle school campuses
Upgrading utilities to include energy efficient building systems and controls; fixing/replacing aging HVAC systems, leaky roofs, plumbing and restrooms; removing asbestos; upgrading electrical wiring to current safety codes; updating sewer/water lines; and repairing/acquiring equipment for classrooms, sites and facilities
