Project overview
Vanir provided construction management services for Del Paso Manor Elementary School’s new campus. Completed ahead of schedule, the new campus includes 30 NexGen classrooms, an administration office, a multipurpose room, a kitchen, four double-wide portables and playgrounds.
The NexGen classroom model includes a wireless network, moveable furniture, multiple writing walls and large TV screens that allow for both small and large group instruction. One of the key features at the school is an elevated performance stage with audio and video recording capabilities. The new campus also has an off-street drive lane designed to get cars off the narrow neighborhood road for pick-up/drop-off and to encourage weekend athletic participants to park in the large parking area.
