Project overview
Vanir provided construction management services for the Nevada County Carl F. Bryan II Regional Juvenile Hall. The 25,845-square-foot facility is capable of housing 60 juveniles across three distinctly separate housing units configured in a podular design around Central Control, ensuring direct visual contact with all units. Each tiered housing unit has an associated dayroom with access to outdoor recreation areas and classrooms.
The facility meets all requirements for a comprehensive range of program and service areas and includes:
- A full service kitchen
- Laundry space
- A four-bed medical isolation unit adjacent to the medical clinic
