Overview of projects

Vanir has served the County of Los Angeles Internal Services Department since 1998, delivering more than 2,500 projects and $350 million in facility improvements construction. We have provided program and project/construction management, scheduling, estimating, technical studies, coordination manuals and LEED expertise. Projects include:

ADA Projects: Parking lots, ramps, entrances, path of travel, restrooms, drinking fountains, doors, elevators and placement of fire alarm panels.

Hazmat Material Remediation: Survey and testing of hazardous materials, and abatement or encapsulation of asbestos and lead-based paint.

HVAC: Chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, pumps, duct cleaning, environmental controls and hot/chilled water lines.

Electrical: Service changes, sub panels, energy efficiency lighting retrofits, electrical outlets, fire alarms, CCTV, security systems, key card access and duress alarms.

Tenant Improvements: Office remodels and renovations, paint, flooring, millwork, window coverings, ceilings and wall and door relocations.

Telecommunications: Telephone cabling, data cabling, conduit runs and main computer and telephone rooms.
