Project overview

Vanir is providing project and construction management services to Coachella Valley Water District (CVWD), a regional water agency that provides drinking water, wastewater, stormwater and non-potable water services. Since 2018, our team has completed nine projects for the District, and is currently working on an additional two projects that are ongoing. Our services have included constructability reviews, bid preparation, design selection support and California Drinking Water State Revolving Funds administration support, construction management and inspection. A few key projects include:

  • Highway 86 Transmission Main, Phase 2 and Booster Station 08861: Nearly seven miles of 30-inch ductile iron pipe transmission main conveying potable water from the central region of CVWD’s distribution network to outlying communities, $25 million, completed 2020
