Vanir provided construction management services for the City of Los Banos’ Sunrise Ranch Park project, involving the ground-up development of a new neighborhood park designed for users of all ages. The completed park includes:

- Adult exercise stations
- Shaded structures
- Picnic areas
- Multi-use recreational spaces
- Other community amenities
