Project overview
Vanir provided construction management services for the City of Los Banos’ AG Sports Complex to construct nine new pickleball courts, expanding recreational offerings to the community of Los Banos. The project included the construction of eight standard pickleball courts, one tournament-size competition court, and additional site and landscaping improvements.
From the start of construction through final punch list and closeout, our services included contractor coordination, schedule and progress monitoring, quality oversight, issue resolution, inspections, and project documentation.
