Project overview
Vanir is providing construction management services for Chabot-Las Positas Community College District’s $950 million Measure A Bond Program. The program includes numerous construction, repair, modernization and expansion projects to meet the changing needs of the students and the community. The District consists of two campuses that serve 20,000 students.
Designed to achieve LEED Silver certification, the Biological Sciences Annex at Chabot College is the first project in this program. It consists of a two-story, 19,000-square-foot building housing five instructional laboratories, lab support space, a cadaver room and a greenhouse.
