Project overview
Vanir provided construction management services for Chabot-Las Positas Community College District’s $950 million Measure A Bond Program. Serving 20,000 students across two campuses, the District sought to address the changing needs of the students and community. The program included
numerous construction, repair, modernization and expansion projects.
Achieving LEED Silver certification, the Biological Sciences Annex at Chabot College is the first project in this program. The two-story, 19,000-square-foot building houses:
- Five instructional laboratories
- Lab support space
- A cadaver room
- A greenhouse
