As Central California Area Manager, Scott Murphy works collaboratively with Vanir’s corporate leadership and area staff to identify, pursue and capture new business; deliver innovative solutions that result in successfully executed projects; and develop and grow our Central California team.
Scott has nearly 30 years of experience providing project and construction management services to clients in the justice and essential services, public works, K-12 education, healthcare and water/wastewater markets. His areas of expertise include front-end specification writing, design, project setup, design reviews, constructability reviews, estimating, value engineering, scheduling, contract negotiations, bid solicitation, code compliance, LEED charrettes, claims negotiation, ADA compliance and inspection.
Scott holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from California State University, Fresno and is a Certified Construction Manager.
