As Vanir’s Director of Business Development, Renee Rose leads firmwide business development strategy in close collaboration with corporate and regional leadership and business development teams to align priorities and drive growth across the firm. She identifies new opportunities, cultivates client relationships, and guides the pursuit process from initial target identification through proposal and interview.
Renee brings 18 years of experience driving revenue performance, pipeline development, and market expansion, ready to grow organizations intentionally. With 13 years embedded in the AEC industry, she has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing business development and marketing functions, sharpening competitive positioning, cultivating client relationships, and delivering measurable growth across the commercial, education, government, healthcare, and science and technology markets.
Renee holds a Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in art history from Cal State Long Beach. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Sacramento class of 2023.
