As Vanir’s Senior Director of Business Development, Onallee Elsberry-Crabtree works with regional leadership and staff to implement innovative strategies that drive growth, increase repeat business and position Vanir to take on work in new markets.
Onallee brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic pursuit planning and client development for project teams providing services, ranging from environmental to design/engineering and construction management. She is experienced in building collaborative partnerships that engage and drive high-performing teams.
As a graduate of Macalester College, she holds a bachelor’s degree in communications studies.
