As Vanir’s Contract Manager, Mercedes Sullivan oversees the development and management of the contract review life cycle, administrative systems and procedures that support Vanir’s corporate objectives. Her primary responsibilities include contract review and negotiation, risk management, engaging in stakeholder advising and collaboration, training, purchasing and administration.
Mercedes has over five years’ experience in contracts, negotiations and client-focused work. Mercedes is familiar with construction law, state contract law and various agreement types. More recently, she worked as a contract manager for a financial technology company whose primary clientele and contracts were with various government entities.
Mercedes holds a juris doctor from the American University Washington College of Law and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
