Marissa Sanchez, MBA

Central States Area Manager

As Central States Area Manager, Marissa Sanchez is responsible for leading project teams in several states, including Illinois, Louisiana and Texas. In this role, she works collaboratively with corporate leadership and area staff to identify, pursue and capture new business and deliver innovative solutions that result in successfully executed projects.

A proven leader with more than 15 years of project and facilities management and business development experience, Marissa has led planning, design, construction and major maintenance projects for some of Dallas’ key airports, including Dallas Love Field and the Dallas Executive Airport. She has also held positions at the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber (coordinating projects for the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Gulf Regions Small Business Transportation Resource Center), Phillips May Corporation and the Texas Association of Chicanos in Higher Education.

Marissa holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University and a Bachelor of Business Studies from Dallas Baptist University. She is also a member of the City of Dallas 401K Board, serves on the North Texas Council of Governments Air Transportation Committee, is a member of the Airport Council International, serves as the vice-chair of the Dallas Independent School District Minority/Women Owned Business Enterprise Advisory Committee and serves on the Board of Directors for the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association.
