Liz Hernandez serves as Vanir’s Interim Director of Human Resources (HR), building a culture of engagement, innovation and opportunity for our employees and the many clients and communities we serve. She oversees the planning, implementation and management of all Vanir HR operations, leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance employee retention and drive organizational success.
With over 10 years of experience in HR and management, she has a proven track record of optimizing internal systems and processes to build efficient and customer-focused departments. Her expertise spans various HR functions, including recruitment and benefits administration.
Liz holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from San Francisco State University and a certificate in HR management from Loyola Marymount University. She is also a certified professional in HR (PHR).
