We are pleased to announce that Masood Mesbah has assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Vanir Construction Management. This promotion recognizes the many contributions Masood has made during his tenure with Vanir.
With nearly 40 years of extensive construction and engineering experience, Masood has a proven track record of transforming and growing programs and achieving client and company goals in highly challenging and complex environments.
He joined Vanir in November 2018 as Vice President/Director of Operations before swiftly moving up the ranks to Vice President/Sacramento Area Manager in February 2019. In this role, Masood oversaw all project operations, business development, marketing, profitability and administrative activities for the Sacramento Area.
As COO, he will provide senior-level management and leadership to facilitate the profitable, efficient and contractually compliant operations of the company. He will also assess area financial metrics, ensure satisfactory financial performance and streamline processes for maximum efficiency by implementing best practices that establish operational and procedural standards companywide.
