We are pleased to announce that Jinous Samii-Saremi has been promoted to the position of Greater Los Angeles Area Manager. Jinous, who has served as Interim Greater Los Angeles Area Manager since June of 2021, will continue to lead all aspects of business operations for Vanir’s Greater Los Angeles offices, including business development, client relations and the day-to-day execution of business contracts.
A long-term member of the Vanir team, Jinous has more than 35 years of program, project and construction management experience, having worked on a wide array of commercial, institutional, educational, law enforcement, residential and hospitality facilities. She is skilled in program and design management, grant administration, team building, contract management, quality control, plan check, bid analysis and project closeout. Jinous prides herself on creating safe, collaborative and innovative job sites that result in quality projects that are completed on time and within budget.
Jinous holds a Doctoral Degree in Architecture from the University of Rome (Sapienza Università di Roma) and is a Certified Construction Manager. She is also a member of the CMAA of Southern California Executive Committee.
