We are pleased to announce that Darnell Cola has been promoted to the position of Vice President and Northwest Area Manager. This promotion recognizes the many contributions Darnell has made during his tenure with Vanir.
Darnell has served the greater Seattle metropolitan area for more than 35 years, providing strategic leadership, innovative solutions, effective stakeholder engagement practices and transformational results across many projects and programs throughout the area. He has a proven track record of building, coaching and leading cross-functional teams through the planning, design and deployment of large-scale, complex public sector programs and projects.
Darnell joined Vanir in February 2019 as a Senior Project Director before swiftly moving up the ranks to Northwest Interim Area Manager in December 2019 and Northwest Area Manager in February 2020.
As Vice President and Northwest Area Manager, Darnell’s senior-level management and collaborative leadership style will not only help ensure that we successfully expand our operations and business opportunities in the Northwest, but also continue building and sustaining our relationships.
