We are pleased to announce the promotion of Tom Tracy to the role of Senior Executive Director/Transportation Lead. This promotion acknowledges Tom’s numerous contributions since assuming the position of Executive Director of Transportation in 2022 and is effective immediately. Tom has successfully cultivated partnerships with leading firms in different transportation sectors across all regions and has been a champion of several pursuits throughout Vanir. Of note, he was instrumental in working with our Southern California team to secure our recent LAWA win.
Tom, who joined Vanir in 2021 as Sacramento Area Manager, has more than 40 years of diverse experience with infrastructure and transportation-related programs and projects. His resume includes dozens of large-scale transportation projects, covering his expertise in design and environmental clearance, project management in various capacities, public outreach and quality assurance.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Sacramento, Tom holds Professional Engineer licenses in California, Nevada and Washington. As an Envision Sustainability Professional, he is also a staunch advocate for sustainable infrastructure.
As Senior Executive Director/Transportation Lead, Tom will continue to lead national market and partnership development, planning and strategy, working collaboratively with all regions to spearhead initiatives focused on the successful acquisition of new business in all transportation sectors.
