Not satisfied with five awards, the team behind Contra Costa County’s new Administration Building and Emergency Operations Center/Public Safety Building brought home two more awards at the CMAA Northern California Chapter’s 2021 Awards Gala & Industry Celebration – Project of the Year and a Project Achievement Award for Buildings Over $50 Million!
Vanir was proud to provide project and construction management services for both projects, which were combined and executed under a single design-build procurement. The new facilities were constructed to replace an existing, 12-story, 1950’s era office tower in downtown Martinez, California. Both buildings have received LEED Gold certification.
