We are pleased to announce that Sam Lee has joined the Vanir team as our new Director of Finance. In this role, Sam will oversee Vanir’s accounting and finance operations and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning. He will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of Vanir’s planning and budgeting systems, analysis of trends requiring management’s attention and the preparation of financial and management reports and procedures.
Sam brings more than 35 years of experience in accounting and finance, including more than 25 years within the professional services industry and 20-plus years within the AEC industry (government-related projects).
Sam holds a Master’s Degree in International Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from St. John’s University. He is also a member of the Construction Financial Management Association and a board member and the Finance Director for the Silicon Valley Product Management Association.
