We are pleased to announce that Onallee Elsberry-Crabtree has joined the Vanir team as the new Director of Business Development for Sacramento. In this role, she will work with area staff to implement innovative strategies that drive growth, increase repeat business and position Vanir to take on work in new markets.
Onallee brings more than 18 years of experience in strategic pursuit planning for projects ranging from environmental documentation and compliance to construction management. Her focus now and always has been on working with internal teams — building strategy, teaming partnerships and gathering market intel — to position them in a way that brings home wins.
Onallee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from Macalester College. She is also a proud member of the Society for Marketing Professionals’ Sacramento Chapter.
