We are pleased to announce that Mike Meredith will be joining Vanir as Vice President – Director of Design-Build Programs and Services. Mike is a known leader in the program, project and construction management (PMCM) industry and brings more than 40 years of diversified experience in PMCM. He has served as program and project manager on many highly visible programs in both the public and private sectors. As an experienced program and project leader, Mike is skilled in public speaking, contract management, program management and construction management. He has also been at the forefront of creating owner value by utilizing industry best practices such as collaboration, lean principles, trust and project culture to create successful project outcomes.
Mike’s role with Vanir will be broad and will provide many opportunities while staying connected to owners and industry practitioners based on the relationships he has built over the years. It will also allow him the opportunity to guide, educate and develop through his passion for design-build best practices which is extremely exciting to Mike.
Mike is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Technology. In addition, he is a Certified Construction Manager, U.S. Green Building Council – LEED, AP and DBIA Accredited. Mike also has deep affiliations with the Design-Build Institute of America. As a member, he serves on the National DBIA Board, past Western Pacific Region Board Executive Council – Owners Council, Director and DBIA College of Fellows. He is also a member of the Construction Management Association of America.
