Eric Goodman Promoted to Vice President and Executive Director of Justice and Essential Services

We are pleased to announce that Eric Goodman has been promoted to the position of Vice President and Executive Director of Justice and Essential Services. This promotion recognizes the many contributions Eric has made during his tenure with Vanir and is effective immediately.

Eric has more than 35 years of experience managing all aspects of design, planning and construction for large-scale, multimillion-dollar local, state and federal correctional facilities across the United States. Eric was a Project Manager for the Federal Bureau of Prisons from 1991 to 2016. In his tenure with the government, he leveraged his security knowledge on various government projects and trained law enforcement professionals in all aspects of security. Prior to his government service, he worked with the Louisiana Department of Public Safety, where his duties included SWAT and firearms instruction.

Eric joined Vanir in July of 2016 as a Project Manager before being promoted to Sr. Project Manager in 2017 and Project Director in 2018. He was originally based out of Vanir’s Sacramento office but transferred to our New Orleans office in mid-2019.

As Vanir’s Vice President and Executive Director of Justice and Essential Services, Eric’s senior leadership, management style and relationships in the industry will help drive new sales and promote future growth in the Justice and Essential Services market. He will partner with Area Managers, corporate business development and operations to drive best-in-class performance in project delivery.
