Casa Roble Fundamental High School Wins Two 2021 DBIA Western Pacific Region Awards

Casa Roble Fundamental High School (part of the San Juan Unified School District) has won two 2021 DBIA Western Pacific Region awards – a Regional Award and a Design Excellence Award – for its new Student Union and Administration Building!

Vanir was proud to provide construction management services for the project, which utilized the progressive design-build method and included the demolition of an administration building and library/counseling center, as well as the construction of a new 17,191-square-foot student union building that houses administration, counseling, student collaboration spaces, a library, a coffee lounge and a student store. The project also included a new quad, stage and amphitheater.

Congratulations to the San Juan Unified School District, our Vanir team members and everyone else involved with this important project! And a special congratulations and huge THANK YOU to Vanir Senior Project Manager Jeffrey Palumbo for his leadership, expertise and dedication to this incredible facility, which will serve the children and families of Orangevale, California for years to come!
