Project overview
Vanir, along with PMG, provided construction management support services following the notice to proceed for the new East Texas A&M Student Services Building project. This two-story, 29,115-square-foot building was designed to function as the new “front door” to the campus, welcoming prospective students and families to the school.
The building features:
- Student support services, including the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships, Office of Veterans and Military Services, New Student and Family Programming, and the Office of the Registrar
- A presentation theater where prospective students can learn more about Texas A&M Commerce
- Offices and meeting rooms
- A first-floor interactive gallery
