Graham County Hospital – Medical Office Building

Project overview

Vanir served as the owner’s representative for Graham County Hospital’s new medical office building, which replaced the hospital’s existing outdated family clinic that did not meet ADA standards.

The new clinic includes:

  • 10 exam rooms
  • Four provider offices
  • A procedure room
  • A nurses’ station
  • A spacious reception and waiting area

Vanir provided construction management services, including procurement management of the contractor and specialty consultants, delivering the project on time and within budget.

Customer satisfaction

As the client’s first project with Vanir in over 20 years and their first experience with the CMAR delivery method, it marked a significant step forward in our partnership.

Vanir has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of healthcare facility requirements, from coordinating furniture deliveries and managing retainage releases to navigating complex construction logistics and compliance documentation. What stands out most is Vanir’s commitment to collaboration.
