Codi Newsom Promoted to Vice President and Mountain Region Area Manager

We are pleased to announce that Codi Newsom has been promoted to the position of Vice President and Mountain Region Area Manager. This promotion recognizes Codi’s many contributions to Vanir over the last four and a half years.

Codi brings over 20 years of valuable experience providing program, project and construction management; structural review; and ADA compliance review services to both public and private sector clients in the education (K-12 and higher), state and local government, justice and essential services and healthcare markets. Through her extensive experience, which has covered the full project lifecycle from concept through closeout, Codi offers the invaluable ability to protect project funds and taxpayer dollars while achieving owners’ goals and maximizing project value.

In her role, she works collaboratively with corporate leadership and Area staff to identify, pursue and capture new business; deliver innovative solutions that result in successful projects; and develop new Area and project policies and procedures.

Codi is a proud member of the Construction Management Association of America, the U.S. Green Building Council, Change Leadership, the Colorado Municipal League, the Colorado Jail Association and the Association for Learning Environments. She was also named in a select group, “Top 20 Under 40,” by Engineering News-Record Louisiana & Texas.
