Project overview
Vanir was selected to provide owner’s representation services for Frontier Academy Charter School, consisting of two campuses. The scope of work included the following projects, all completed within the same timeframe:
Elementary Campus
- A standalone, 8,641-square-foot gym
- Restrooms
- A teacher’s office and storage room
- Synthetic turf field
- Parking lot and drainage improvements
Secondary Campus Addition
- An attached 11,550-square-foot gym and locker rooms
- Public restrooms
- Weight room and storage room
- Orchestra room
Remote Athletic Complex with Spectator Seating
- New synthetic turf soccer field and practice fields
- An all-weather regulation track
- Storage building
