We are thrilled to announce that Avygail Sanchez has joined the Vanir team as our new Executive Vice President of Sales and Government Relations. In this role, Avygail will partner with business development, marketing and Vanir’s government relations consultants to develop strategies that increase brand recognition, drive growth, educate our elected and appointed officials and create companywide uniformity in our approach to these areas.
A seasoned leader, Avygail has more than two decades of experience in facilitating leadership development programs and project coordination in the areas of government and community engagement and advocacy, multi-agency coordination and community planning. Having worked for multiple global architecture and engineering firms, she also brings long-term industry relationships and national experience in business development, bid preparation, government relations and operations experience. Her time spent working in the public sector as council staff for the City of Los Angeles means she is also very familiar with city, state and federal agencies and their functions.
Avygail holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Mount Saint Mary’s University. She is also a proud member of the Construction Management Association of America.
