Program overview

Vanir’s long-term relationship with the San Juan Unified School District (SJUSD) dates back to 1994. Since this time, we have provided a variety of program, project and construction management services for four major bond programs totaling $1.6 billion. We are currently providing construction management services for the $750 million Measure P Program.

Representative projects completed for SJUSD include:

  • Del Paso Manor Elementary School: New, $40 million, 48,655-square-foot campus designed for NexGen learning, completed in 2020
  • Casa Roble Fundamental High School: $22 million modernization project, includes new 17,191-square-foot student union building, completed in 2020
  • El Camino Fundamental High School Center for the Arts: New, award-winning, $14 million, 500-seat theater, completed in 2018
  • Rio Americano High School Center for the Arts: New, $11 million, 13,817-square-foot, 350-seat performing arts building, completed in 2017
