Project overview
Vanir assisted in the completion of numerous projects for CommonSpirit Health under a staff augmentation role from 2001 through 2020. One project involved providing construction management services for a new, 4,000-square-foot activity room at Huger Mercy Living Center.
The activity room provides a large, flexible space to host a variety of daily activities and special events. The building was designed to fit within an existing courtyard — since Huger Mercy is a closed campus, security and controlled access were important when planning for the new building.
