Project overview
The California ISO (CAISO) new headquarters facility was a very important project for our client and a good example of using local resources and achieving the highest level of energy efficiency. Originally designed as a LEED Gold project, at the recommendation of the Vanir project team, a photovoltaic energy system was added and the facility achieved LEED Platinum status.
Vanir worked closely with the entire team to provide the best project management services possible, delivering this state-of-the-art complex ahead of schedule and under budget. The headquarters operates as a reliable and secure building to serve California’s energy needs — it includes an operations complex, a conference and training center and a three-story corporate headquarters.
