Academy of Business Technology – Clairemont High School

Project overview

The Clairemont High School project involved constructing a new 10,000-square-foot building designed with a central space for a mock investment house and trading floor. Vanir’s role included construction management services from the bid/award phase through project closeout.

The new facility contains the following spaces:

  • A large trading classroom, one computer classroom, three general purpose classrooms, and one media technology classroom.
  • Soundproof media lab with a control room, three multi-media editing bays, and one soundproof studio editing bay.
  • Server room with a dedicated 24-hour climate control system, and a staff planning room.
