As Vice President of Administration, Pam Sammons is in charge of establishing and managing the administrative systems and procedures that support Vanir’s corporate objectives. Her primary areas of responsibility include purchasing, training, contract review and administration. In addition to developing contracts for professional consultant services, Pam has authored countless guidelines, policies and procedures.
Pam, who recently celebrated 34 years of service to Vanir, has a combined 46 years of engineering, construction and construction management industry experience. She is familiar with state construction and contract laws, as well as architect, engineer, general contractor and professional consultant agreements.
Pam holds a Juris Doctor from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from California State University, Fullerton.
