Jennifer Frost is a Certified Construction Manager and architect with program management, construction management, architectural design and project concept development, project management and contract administration. Jennifer has held significant roles in a wide range of projects, including healthcare and hospital campus design, medical office buildings, courthouses, juvenile and adult correctional facilities, public housing, educational and vocational buildings and campuses, and federal government facilities. Jennifer has expertise in ADA accessibility, historic preservation, energy-efficient and environmentally sensitive design, contextual design, partnering with government agencies, and specifications. She has prepared design-build scopes of work and guide specifications for federal and municipal government clients, a large healthcare organization, and a major nutraceutical manufacturer. Jennifer, has led several large-scale program management projects, assisting clients with getting the improvements they need built on time and within budget. Experience includes construction project management of the $164-Million, 411,000-SF, Barrow Neurological Institute Surgical Tower, a 48-bed emergency department, and the Neuro Rehabilitation Center for St. Joseph’s Hospital and Dignity Health. Jennifer was also Design Manager and Construction Manager for the $19.8-Million, 57,000-SF, Maricopa County-Forensic Science Center, Senior Program Manager for the Maricopa County-Capital Improvements Program, and Design Manager for the 3.3-Million-SF, Maricopa Jail Expansion Program in Metro Phoenix. The $545-Million Jail Expansion Program was completed on time and $7-Million, under budget.
